Practice Management

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Reception

We have a secretary, five administrators and ten receptionists who are here to help you and are pleased to do so but their jobs are quite demanding so please be patient. We aim to treat our patients promptly and in complete confidence and to provide personal and continuing medical care. You may on occasions be asked for medical information in order for them to assist you e.g. when you are asking for a home visit. All information given to a member of staff will be treated in confidence as all staff is bound by the same code of conduct as the doctors and nurses.
